Tyler was very excited today. Off to school for first grade.
Summer vacation is almost over. Time to get the school supplys. Tyler is going to be starting first grade, Kierstin is starting kindergarden. Both seem excited, I’m going to miss that extra 15 minutes in the morning. But the worst part is with school starting, that means fall and winter are right around the corner. Time to get the pants and long sleves ready. So long summer. It wasn’t like you were hot this year anyway.
Just as the title says. I wish spring would get here in temp as well. The birds are chirpping in the morning, but I’m still freezing my ass off.
Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. Just a quick update about the family.
Tyler has officially started school. He is in kindergarden now and loving every minute of it. He is bringing home books everyday from the library for bed time reading (His favorite school activity at this time), and has a folder that he brings home his daily projects in, and loves to show off to everyone what he learned for the day.
It’s only been two weeks, and he will not let us walk him to the school door anymore. We have to pull into the parking lot at the end of the sidewalk and let him out and stand and watch as he makes the walk on his own with his other “School ager” friends as he calls them.
Jen has started going back to school as well. One night a week and online classes. Its a busy time around the Moore household right now.
Don’t forget, were doing our annual 4th of July party this year on the 5th of July Saturday.

The first day we landed and went to the Magic Kingdom, Tyler saw the sword in the stone and tried to pull it out. Of course he didn’t get it.
